About Me

I work in the digital media industry. Once upon a time, though, I used to dress up and sing torchy songs on stages scattered about the east coast. I believe my sales ability grew out all the effort I put into being a professional singer – after all, if you can sell a song, you can sell anything, right?

There’s nothing I enjoy more than a stage — even when it’s a blog…

I love it. It’s inspirational and you!

  2. After your lovely comment on my memoir blog, I came to check you out. I was loving your writing, and at each revelation–Italian, cousins club, Long Island–I found myself nodding at what we have in common (I’m Jewish but all my friends on LI were Italian),as confirmation of why we like each other’s writing. So hello, Italian Long Islander whose family had a cousins club just like mine, and whose parents retired to Florida (mine, sadly, have passed.) Nice to meet you.

Funny to learn how much we have in common, but even if that weren’t the case, your memoir would retain its power. My thoughts keep coming back to it (http://marcysmemoir.wordpress.com/about/) and I do hope it is published in the future My condolences on the loss of your parents. Thank you so much for stopping by; I’m very glad we met!

You are most welcome! Blogging is kind of like whispering into the wilderness; it’s really nice when someone answers. Thank you 🙂
